Class Levels

Please use these class descriptions to help find the best class for you and your body! If you need help figuring out which level to join please schedule an intro session and we will help evaluate you. All of our classes are a whole body "work in".


Level 1- Back to basics class! This class is great for everyone- from the beginner just starting their Pilates journey to the advance student getting back to the basic principles of Pilates!


Level 2- a slower paced class with more attention to those aches and pains while focusing on your core and balance!


Level 3- a medium paced class with exercises focusing on challenging your core and balance! 

Pilates experience recommended. 


Level 4- a quick paced class with exercises focusing on challenging your core and balance!

Pilates experience required.


High Intensity Pilates- a high paced class targeting all areas of the bodu thru combinations. 

Pilates experience required.


Jumpboard- jump laying down! This fun cardio class uses props such arm and leg weights (always optional!), balls and more while jumping on our reformers!


Lunch Break- a 25 minute reformer class- use different props each week!
