9am- Jumpboard/Level 4 (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 


Wednesday:

6am- Level 4 (50 minutes)

8am- Level 3 (50 minutes) 

9am- Level 4 (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 2  (50 minutes)

12pm- Level 1  (50 minutes) 


Thursday:

11am- Level 4  (50 minutes)


Friday:

6am- Level 3 (50 minutes)

8am- High Intensity Pilates (50 minutes)

9am- Level 4 (50 minutes) 

10am- Level 2 (50 minutes)


Saturday:


9am- Level 2/3  (50 minutes)


Sunday:

9am- High Intensity Pilates (50 minutes)

10am- Level 2/3 (50 minutes)
